Human Resources

Human Resources is responsible for developing management information and policy documents related to personnel management, by preparing matters for consideration by the University Board and through negotiations with various unions and civil service organisations.

This includes overall planning and management of organisational and professional development, administrative development projects, and management training. The department also performs a number of administrative service functions within personnel management for the entire university.
