Course contents:
.The course focuses on administrative law, particularly related to decisions on expropriation. The course also covers the main features of the process in the courts in expropriation cases.
Learning outcome:
The course will give a good overview of the process of expropriation. Both proceedings that take place in the administration and in the court will be thoroughly addressed.

Prerequisites:
The course is for students who attend the 4th year of the Masters degree in Property. Necessary prior knowledge is particularly JUS100, JUS201, JUS220, JUS320 and EIE320.

Written assignments must be passed. Assessment: Passed/not passed.
Assessment:
Written exam. Grade scale: A-F. 3,5 hours exam.
