Course contents:
The course focuses on handeling conflicts through negotiation and mediation. The participants learn, through seminars and role play, use of theory of negotiation and mediation. The main focus is on situations land consolidation judges, property developers, land acquisition managers and other public employes meet in their working situation.
Learning outcome:
The course aims to give the participants practical and theoretical understanding of negotiation and mediation.

Mandatory activity:
Compulsory participation in classes with role-playing game (around 6 times). Assessment:
Written exam 3.5 hours, which counts for 100 % of the total grade. Grad (mark) scale is A-F.
