Course contents:
August block: Together with APL100, and is the first part of EIE100. Fall parallel: The course has 5 main topics: 1. Tenure theory 2. Tenure relations, geography and land tenure regulations 3. Valuation of real estate 4. Expropriation and land consolidation 5. Tenure creation and registration The topics are taught individually with compulsory exercises that should be solved through individual study. Feedback is given.
Learning outcome:
August block: Together with APL100, and is the first part of EIE100. Fall Parallel: The students should acquire knowledge of: 1. Basic land tenure theory and theoretical concepts 2. Land tenure relations and land tenure geography in Norway 3. Main features of the land tenure legal system 4. Main principles of evaluating, various legal valuation principles, simple calculations 5. Main features related to expropriation 6. What land consolidation is, and causes for undertaking consolidation and the planning work in land consolidation 7. Main features regarding tenure creation and registration in Norway.

August block: Together with APL100, which is the first part of EIE100. Fall parallel:5 compulsory exercises. One in each of the main topics of the course. All exercises must be passed.
