The course includes central themes on leading people and teams. The course starts with exercises in self-reflection and analysis of own leadership attributes and leader role when interacting with others. Methods of learning include lectures, individual and group work, as well as exercises for training skills. Eight themes will be addressed: Own leadership behavior and role, communication, teams, leadership styles, organizational culture, ethics, power and systematic leadership.

Bachelor in Business and Administration or equivalent.
Compulsory attendance at all lectures, and participation in group work
Oral presentation of group assignment. Pass/fail assessment.
Individual written assignment. Pass/fail assessment.
Both assignments must be passed to pass the course.
No resit examination.
150 hours: Compulsory participation 50 hours, 100 hours for reading and writing discussion note.
The course is intended for first year masterstudents in Business and Administration.
