Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Rennes, also known as Sciences Po Rennes, is a French university established in 1991 and with campuses in both Rennes and Caen. NMBU is mainly cooperating with campus Caen, which also offer Northern Europe studies. . Caen is a town with Scandinavian roots, and with a short distance to beaches and to Paris. Sciences Po is a Grandes Écoles, and has a strong international focus offering several courses in English.
The agreement covers Social Sciences and Environmental Sciences (bachelor level). Students from Urban and Regional planning, Real estate and Noragric will be prioritized.
Length of stay
1-2 semesters
For all Erasmus agreements it is necessary to have attained 60 ECTS before commencing on an exchange study abroad.
English and French. NB! For courses in Enhlish you will have to take a fixed course package consisting of 6 courses at campus Rennes.
Autumn semester: end of August - end of December
Spring semester: beginning of January - end of May.
Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.
