The robotics group at NMBU has two open positions, one as Researcher within robotics and/or control, and one as Project Management Officer.

RoBUTCHER releases its open source RGB-D dataset

The RoBUCHER team has released its dataset on pork sectioning. It comprises a set of container files called “Bag Files” in which every file includes 30 colour images, 30 depth images, and colour and depth sensors information.

PhD candidate wins best presentation at International Sensors Conference

The work entitled “Vibration Measurement as Feedback from a Pneumatic Knife” authored by Dmytro Romanov, Luis Eduardo Cordova-Lopez, Olga Korostynska and Alex Mason was presented at 14th International Conference of Sensing Technology by Dmytro Romanov. The conference was organized by Indian Institute of Technology Madras in Chennai, India and held virtually due to travel restrictions.
