Course contents:

Term paper in urban farming. The course is reserved for students who have taken the course PJH105 and want to write a term paper with specialization in topics related to urban agriculture.

In the beginning of the semester, a joint meeting is offered, for help and discussion on the different term papers, in addition to meetings and/or individual follow-up.

In the end of the semester, there will be organized a session for presentation of all of the term papers.

Can describe and explain an in-depth study of a topic related to urban agriculture in written and oral form.

Skills:

Can apply professional knowledge to find, evaluate and refer to information and subject matter within the subject area

Can make a critical selection of literature, synthesize knowledge from different disciplines and make own assessments

General competence:

Can present subject matter within the subject area in written and oral form

Can use professional knowledge across disciplines in discussions

Learning activities:
The student shall select a topic and work independently with the term paper under guidance of teacher(s). The student shall also prepare and present an oral presentation based on the term paper to a relevant group.
