Mass balances, energy balances, pumps, fans and compressors, circular processes, heat transfer, evaporation and evaporators, humid air and drying and cooling processes.
Students will acquire knowledge of unit operations and machine equipment in processing lines.
Lectures, group projects, calculation exercises and laboratory work.
