Course contents:
Mass balances, energy balances, pumps, fans and compressors, circular processes, heat transfer, evaporation and evaporators, humid air and drying and cooling processes.
Learning outcome:

Students will acquire knowledge of unit operations and machine equipment being part of processing lines.

Lectures, group projects, calculation exercises and laboratory work.

3.5 hour written exam.

Lectures, calculation exercises and lab-demonstrations: 52 hours. Self-study: 98 hours. A total of 150 hours.
