Course contents:
Starts up in the spring semester. 5 credits in spring, 10 credits in autumn. See content of JUS210. In the autumn semester, lectures are given in law of fences, total right of use, incl. ground lease, common ownership, common land, transfer of property right to fixed property, laches and prescriptive right, the licensing rules, law on grazing, the rules regarding mining, hunting, fishing and catching. Assignment in judicial registration. Voluntary group work.
Learning outcome:
The course gives an introduction to the right of ownership, how the boundaries between properties are to be settled and why we have property registration. The candidates must be familiar with the neighbour law, land rent, servitudes, the all-man-rights, joint ownership, commons, sale of real property and division of a property as well as an introduction to the juridical method.

Nominal workload:
Lectures (spring): ca. 25 hours. Lectures (autumn): ca. 40 hours. Supervision for voluntary group work: ca. 2 hours. Self-study, including voluntary group work and the exam: ca. 223 hours.

Examiner:
An external examiner participates in the evaluation of examination papers from a random selection of candidates, possibly all candidates. Conversation about the course content and structure is a fixed topic during the examiner conference.
