About this course
The course covers legal areas that are important for auditors and accountants work, including rules on foundation and securing monetary claims , liabilities prosecution law with an emphasis on material bankruptcy law and central parts of the rules on financial crime.
Learning outcome
Students should have knowledge of relevant jurisdictions that have significance for auditors and accountants work, including rules on foundation and securing monetary claims, liabilities prosecution law with an emphasis on material bankruptcy law and central parts of the rules on financial crime. Students should have knowledge about businesses relation to creditors and authorities
Lectures and self-study. Voluntary group work and assignment solving.
No mandatory attendance.
As a general rule, no video recording of lectures.

- Written exam 3.5 hours. Grade scale: A-F
- Answers are evaluated by a group of examiners consisting of the teacher and external examiners. A random selection of candidates is evaluated individually by all examiners, and becomes the basis of an evaluation conference where a common level of evaluation is established.
