About this course
The course deals with areas of law that are important for the work of auditors and accountants, including the rules on the establishment and securing of financial claims, debt prosecution law with a focus on substantive bankruptcy law, labor law and key parts of the rules on economic crime.

The student
- has knowledge of relevant areas of law that are important for the work of auditors and accountants, including the rules on the establishment and securing of financial claims, debt prosecution law with a focus on substantive bankruptcy law and key parts of the rules on economic crime.
- has knowledge of the relationship between businesses and creditors and authorities
- has knowledge of the lapse of monetary claims upon settlement and statute of limitations
- has knowledge of the bankruptcy process and individual prosecution right
- has knowledge of key provisions within labor law
