Research ethics, consideration of sensitive data and information, organizing literature and development of a research plan.
Students should develop competence in developing a project plan for a research project.
Seminars and independent work on the development of a project plan in collaboration with supervisor(s).
Dialog during seminars and individual guidance in agreement with supervisor on master thesis.
Individual literature, depending on the topic of the student's project plan.
Participation in two seminars and 1 short course at the library on how to search for literature. Presentation of project plan.
Assignment: Project, counts 100 %. Evaluated as passed/not passed.
Total work load: 125 hrs. Seminars: 30 hrs. Individual work: 95 hrs.
Minimum requirements for entrance to higher education in Norway (generell studiekompetanse).

Type of course:
Three seminars/workshops of one or two days each.
External examinar participates in the evaluation of the project plan.
