Course contents:
The course gives an overview over technical equipment used in aquaculture production, how it function and is constructed. The course is divided in three modules, 1. Water transport and water treatment, 2. Production units, 3. Additional necessary equipment.
Learning outcome:
The aim of the course is to give the student basic knowledge on technical equipment, methods and systems that are nessessary for aquaculture production.
Learning activities:
Lectures and exercices are used as learning methods. Models of components will also be demonstrated to increase the understanding of the function.
Teaching support:
Teachers are available in the course period by phone and e-mail.
