The subject APL 350 focuses on the procedural aspects of developing and implementing construction projects; preparation of detailed development plans and the use of Direction regulations and development agreements. The course goes through various means of implementation of plans and project ideas, and puts planning's instruments against market forces and incentives for the development of real estate projects.

In the course we work with specific development areas and analyzes the factors which determine the parameters for project development and implementation, and to produce action plans for realization.

Learning outcome:
The course will provide students with knowledge and skills in how construction projects are developed and implemented. Particular emphasis is placed on illustrating how project-specific assumptions and methods of implementation can be incorporated in both master plans in project plans, the meeting between the developer of real estate and planning authority.
