Are you interested in exciting graphs where you can see how your dog’s behaviour is compared to other dogs?

Participate in an online survey about how different social experiences affect social behaviour in dogs and get access to graphs based on your answers. All dogs are welcome, regardless of age and breed.

How can you participate?
You participate by answering three questionnaires on Biotail, a digital platform designed to register behavioural and exterior traits in dogs. All the questionnaires are available in English, Norwegian, and Swedish, and you can find them by clicking on ‘Behavior’ under ‘My dogs’. To participate, you need to register your dog in Biotail. All collected data will be anonymised before analysis and publication so that no answers can be traced back to you or your dog.
Participate here: www.biotail.no

About the project
The survey is a part of a PhD project on personality and behavioural development in dogs and is a collaborative project between the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) and Aninova AS. New and exciting features, including the ability to upload videos of your dog, will be added in Biotail over time. By registering your dog in Biotail, you will be able to choose to receive newsletters about when these new features are added. Read more about the project here!

Spread the word!
Please tell other dog owners about this project. The more questionnaires submitted, the better results about your breed. Read more about other benefits of registering your dog in Biotail here.

We really appreciate you taking time to participate in this project. If you have any questions or want more information about the project, please send us an email to post@aninova.no.

Best regards,
Kim I. Bjørnson, PhD student,
