About this course
Learning outcome
At the completion of the course, students are expected to use digital 3-dimensional models as tools for both analysis and development of different types of concrete plan projects.
This includes generating digital 3D models using different methods based on digital map data, as well as utilizing these models as tools throughout entire planning processes.
During the course`s three weeks of completion, the student will provide assignments that deal with various issues where digital 3D models are useful tools. During this period, the course coordinator and student supervisor will be available in the computer lab four hours a day.
Learning outcomes will be achieved by carrying out practical tasks derived from actual projects. The first two weeks will consist of minor tasks where new material is presented and expected to be used in the task solution. The last week, this will be summed up in a major task where all the issues can occur, and a comprehensive understanding of digital 3D models is expected as a tool.
- Course counselors and student guides will be available.
- Portfolio. The students are evaluated based on their assignments
Portfolio Grading: Passed / Not Passed
