I am a PhD candidate in veterinary epidemiology, working on a project on registry data on dogs (Pyramidion). I graduated as a veterinarian from NMBU in 2024. I have also completed the Veterinary Student Research Programme, where I worked on a project related to the outbreak of haemorrhagic diarrhoea in dogs in Norway in the autumn of 2019. In this project, we used metagenomics to investigate the occurrence of the bacterium Providencia alcalifaciens in the gut microbiota of dogs in HUNT One Health. Before starting at NMBU, I completed a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Oslo.
