Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Green Data Lab conference, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Abstract submission

The abstract submitted adheres to the abstract submission guidelines available at the conference website.

The presenting author submitting the abstract is the main contact whose responsibility is to communicate with other co-authors. The presenting author must register to the conference. If the presenting author does not register and pay in full, the abstract will be removed from the program.

The text of the abstract, along with the names and affiliations, will be published in the abstract book, and this will not raise any copyright issues.

A submission as a particular presentation type or theme may be changed to a different type following review in order to be accepted and included in the program.

The list of participants with contact details might be made accessible to all conference participants as well as sponsors.

Presentations will be streamed online during the conference, and presenters may be photographed. By registering for the conference, presenters permit that lectures will be streamed online, and understand that their names and faces might be visible in these videos. A copy of the slides may be published online if the presenting author agrees.

Photos will be taken during the conference. By registering for the conference, participants accept that they may be photographed during the conference.

By registering for the conference, participants permit that photos of them taken during the conference may be used by the organiser for promotional purposes for the Green Data Lab conference, both online and print, at a later date.
