Learning outcome

The course gives an introduction to the right of ownership, how the boundaries between properties are to be settled and why we have property registration. The candidates must be familiar with the neighbour law, land rent, servitudes, the all-man-rights, joint ownership, commons, sale of real property and division of a property as well as an introduction to the juridical method.
  • Lectures. Group work. Self-study
  • JUS100, JUS102, JUS110 and JUS210 (JUS310)
  • Final written exam. 3,5 hours. Grade scale: A-F
  • An external examiner participates in the evaluation of examination papers from a random selection of candidates, possibly all candidates. Conversation about the course content and structure is a fixed topic during the examiner conference.
