Our new websites have a new design, new search, slimmer pages and are more user-friendly. We hope and believe it will lead you more quickly to the information you are interested in.
The pages are targeted to our most important target groups. The front page must primarily communicate effectively with potential students.
In addition, research pages are also being launched. They will reach out to target groups that are particularly interested in our research; such as businesses, journalists and researchers at other institutions.
Sustainable website
Extensive websites with a lot of content require more server space, and more energy. It is an important goal for NMBU that our website should also be as energy efficient as possible. We have removed unnecessary pictures and illustrations, and removed a lot of old information. We store on a server in the cloud. This contributes to less climate impact.
The launch of the new www.nmbu.no is the starting line for the work to create a more user-friendly and efficient website.
The new website was launched on 28 June 2023.
