NMBU processes personal data at www.nmbu.no, design.nmbu.no, www.foodsofnorway.net, and cosus.nmbu.no.

Cookies


Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website. We use this, among other things, to keep statistics, using the tool Google Analytics, so that we can improve our pages and give you a better user experience. When you use our website, you consent to the use of cookies. You can withdraw your consent by deactivating cookies in your browser (nettvett.no).

The statistics give us answers to how many people visit the various pages, how long the visits last on average, which websites they come from, etc. For each page that is displayed, we save the displayed, the date and time and which browser is used. We also collect the IP address, but this is anonymised before it is stored, so that we cannot trace the information back to the individual user.
NMBU has anonymized information that is subject to Google's guidelines for privacy.
Sharing posts via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
When you share posts, the information goes out to the online community you are sharing in. You can find information about privacy on the respective communities' websites. We do not store information that you have shared posts.

Data controller and contact information


It is voluntary to provide personal information on these pages, for example by ordering newsletters. The information we collect is stored on our servers. Only we have access to the information. We do not share the information with others, unless it is necessary to operate or develop the pages. Frontkom operates and maintains our websites.
