Hello. I'm a bioinformatician (MSc from Aarhus Uni.) from Denmark who moved to Norway to join The MEMO Lab led by Prof. Phil Pope. I have a background in clinical microbiology from Aarhus University Hospital, but now I research how the gut microbiome interacts with its host, and which methods can be applied to informatically investigate this interaction.
I just returned from a 4 months trip to Brisbane, Australia where I visited CMR at Queensland Uni. of Tech., ACE at Uni. of Queensland as well as Livestock at CSIRO.
