I work with further education of teachers in mathematics. My students are teachers working in schools who want to become formally qualified to teach mathematics to students in secondary school and high school. I am currently teaching calculus, basic programming (in Python) with applications to mathematics, probability and statistics, problem solving, and discrete mathematics.
My research is in multivariate data analysis and machine learning (https://www.nmbu.no/fakultet/realtek/forskning/forskergrupper/multivariat-dataanalyse-og-maskinl-ring), as well as mathematics education (https://www.nmbu.no/forside/prosjekter/inquiry-based-learning).
