I have joined CIGENE since August 2018 and worked for ELIXIR Norway project. I have a background in Computer Sciences, and did my PhD at the University Paris 7 on some graph problems in phylogenetics. My postdocs were on algorithms in some phylogeny problems (dating, gene tree reconciliation) in Montpellier. Before coming here, I worked at the Bioinformatics Hub of the University of Adelaide as a bioinformatician - analysing NGS data, writing bioinformatics piplelines.
