My research interest is to understand the host parasite interaction in term of pathogenic mechanisms of diseases, immune responses, the interplay between host responses and pathogens, molecular aspects of diseases and developing control strategies, including vaccination, to different pathogens. During my research carrier, I have been involved in various project focusing on different aspects of the interaction between the host and different pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. I have been the main responsible of planning and execution of the research tasks in different projects. I have also been involved in teaching laboratory methods to the undergraduate students.
