Bachelor's degree programme
NMBU has one bachelor's programme in English, International Environment and Development Studies, and NMBU will offer a handfull of seats for this programme.
Applicants to higher education in Norway must ordinarily meet the basic admission requirements. For applicants with foreign education, the requirements are specified in the Higher Education Entrance Qualification for Persons with Foreign Education (GSU-list).
Documents required to be considered for admission to the bachelor's programme:
- Final diploma and transcript from higher secondary education
- Transcript of record of higher education (University education). For certain countries there is a requirement of documenting 1 or 2 years of higher education in addition to upper secondary school. Applicants who cannot document the higher education requirement are welcome to apply, and will be individually assessed.
- Sufficient skills in English

- Transcript and diploma from your upper sencondary school and bachelor's degree
- Documentation of sufficient skills in English
Non degree courses in English
NMBU offers a number of English taught non degree courses on bachelor's and master's level . These courses may be open for refugees.
Each application will be assessed on an individual basis.
