Grants for PhD/MSc Students – Conference on Invasive Pests in Iceland - Extended Deadline

The organising committe of the conference Future Forest Health: NordGen conference and workshop, to be held in Iceland, September 16-18, 2019, announces grants for five PhD/MSc students working with invasive pests to participate in the conference and present their work on posters.

One student from each of the Nordic countries will be offered such grants. Total grant/student will cover costs of travel and accommodation up to 4200 DKK. Students need to send in their profile/CV and a short abstract of their presentations. The organising committe will review all submissions and send response to applicants. In case no application is submitted from a country the remaining grants will be offered to students from other countries. All applications will be reviewed by the organising committe based on relation to the subject of the conference and scientific value.

As only two applications were received before earlier announced deadline, the deadline for application has been extended.

Deadline for application is extended until June 20

All applicants will get response no later than July 5
