World Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

NMBU recognizes and observes World Mental Health Day 10 October, and this year's campaign is all about Good Mental Health during and after the pandemic.

Life during the pandemic has been challenging for lots of people. This event is all about paying attention and being present. Follow up (#følgopp). In cooperation with various participants and actors, an extensive program will be offered all through week 41. We encourage everyone to participate, meet new people, spend time together, be present and follow up.
