Public defense - Li Xie

The main objective of Li Xie's PhD project was to characterize the impact of multiple stressors (gamma radiation and UV) on the aquatic primer producer Lemna minor by using a suite of assays to provide valuable output for the environmental hazard and risk assessment.

Li Xie successfully defended his PhD thesis "Single and combined toxicity of gamma and ultraviolet B radiation in the aquatic macrophyte Lemna minor" on the 16th April 2021. The title of his trial lecture was “Eustress and Distress In Plants”.
