CERAD CoE invited to the NMBU Board meeting

On 7th September, the CERAD Director Brit Salbu was invited to Holmenkollen Park Hotel to present the status of CERAD CoE to the NMBU Board.

Following the Mid-term evaluation of CERAD, the International evaluation committee stated that: "CERAD is a global Centre of Excellence and a flagship for Norwegian science with an agenda that is also highly relevant for society."

Therefore, the  presentation included status of the research until 2018, as well as future plans and exit strategy.

The presentation was well received.

The Norwegian Research Council has decided to extend the grant funding for another 5 years to NMBU's Norwegian Centre of Excellence in Research - CERAD CoE.
