PhD seminar on April 3rd

Compulsory seminars are an important part of the quality assurance of PhD education. There are three seminars in a life of a PhD student: an introductory seminar, a midway assessment seminar and a final seminar. They aim to follow the progress of students in the course of their work.

11:00 - Hildegunn Dahl, midterm seminar: “Biological effects of radiation; from grandfather to grandchild”

12:00 – 12:45 Lunch break

12:45 - Lisa Magdalena Rossbach, midterm seminar: "Silver Nanoparticle Toxicity to the nematode Caenorhabidits elegans"

13:30 - Frøydis Meen Wærsted, midterm seminar: “Mobility and bioavailability of NORM and toxic metals in alum shale”

14:15 – 14:30 Break

14:30 - Yevgeniya Tomkiv, midterm seminar: “Improving risk communication on ionizing radiation”
