Brage - NMBU`s open institutional archive

Self-archiving of doctoral theses in Brage:

Brage is NMBU’s open institutional archive for academic and research-related material. Its objective is to provide secure, long-term digital storage of research work produced at the university, and to make this work publicly available free of charge via the internet. The main purpose of a university’s open research archive is to contribute to the widest possible dissemination of publicly funded research for the benefit of further research, education, business and industry, the media and interested members of the general public.

The archive shall also ensure digital storage and publication of doctoral theses and master's theses produced at NMBU. In order to make this as simple and secure as possible for individual researchers and students, the University Library, which manages and administers Brage, has drawn up procedures and guidelines for different types of material.
