The Research Support Office and Rani Lill Anjum have developed a workshop for supervisors, PhD candidates and Postdoctoral Fellows at NMBU as we know that there may be some questions when deciding on co-authorship.
NMBU Research Fellow Rani Lill Anjum, member of the National Norwegian Research Ethics Committees and also the local NMBU ethics committee, is very engaged in the power (im)balance between junior and senior researchers, and between supervisor and phd-candidate when it comes to decisions about co-authorship.
