New collaboration between Noragric and Multiconsult

Multiconsult and Noragric at NMBU's Faculty of Landscape and Society will collaborate on research and consultancy on the environmental, social and economic affects of renewable energy projects, environmental management and the management of water resources.

New collaboration between Noragric and Multiconsult

The agreement will facilitate collaboration between the two organisations on joint research and consulting work, according to the press release.

"We want to support Noragric with key experts and provide a space for Master's and Doctoral students to gain practical experience through our projects", says Kristine Lien Skog, Section Manager for Natural Resources at Multiconsult. "This is a fantastic opportunity to bring together the expertise of our two organizations...Through the partnership, we will be even better positioned to deliver world-leading expertise that contributes to sustainable development and clean energy for everyone” 

Gathering expertise

"We are very pleased with the agreement between Multiconsult and Noragric. This agreement allows us to explore new and exciting opportunities for collaboration in both research and education. We look forward to collaborating, and especially to creating new opportunities for our students in terms of hands-on experience through internships, and potentially involving Multiconsult staff in student teaching and mentoring” says Shai André Divon, Head of the Department at Noragric.

The agreement is for a five-year period with the possibility of further extension.
