Staff and students at NMBU will come to deal with difficult dilemmas and have to manoeuvre in situations where it is not clear what is right and what is wrong. In many issues, this concerns the opposition of different interests, in which many norms must weighed up and moderated in relation to other considerations. In each individual instance, an evaluation must be made to find the right thing to do.
